The blend is the most typical one for a great rosé spumante metodo classico: Pinot Noir 70%, Chardonnay 30%. This gives Ferrari's Maximum Rosé just the right amount of structure and power, without making it lose its distinctive Ferrari trait, namely a recognisable elegance. In the glass it surprises for its antique pink colour, enhanced by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals a fragrant bouquet, with hints of small red fruits, which come from Pinot Noir, and yeasts that remind us of the long aging in the cellar for over 36 months. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh and balsamic. The finish, fortunately for us, is long and pleasing, marked once again by delicate hints of yeast.
