Above Trento, this few people know, in ancient times there were silver mines. The name Arjent refers to just that. This is a pure Sauvignon Blanc, produced with grapes from the lowest plots. The harvest begins when the bunches have reached a green colour and the sugar content in the grapes has reached a precise level. Only at that point, in fact, the grape is able to give its juice its typical aromaticity. In the glass it has a beautiful straw yellow colour. The nose is dominated by typical varietal notes. It is reminiscent of ripe figs, elder flowers and, most importantly, tomato leaves. Fresh and sincere also at the taste. With good structure and balance, it is a wine with great persistence. One of those glasses that should always be paired with important, flavourful dishes. Spicy or slightly spicy cuisine, for example, goes well with this fine wine.
