    • Sensations Bright straw yellow with slight golden reflections, fine foam and persistent perlage. Fragrant and pleasant aroma, with notes of walnut husk, ripe apricot, candied fruit and raisins. Full-bodied, well-structured, harmonious and moderately sweet flavour, with a persistent aftertaste rich in fruity aromas.
    • Vinification Destemming of the grapes and cold maceration with the skins, followed by pressing. White vinification with temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts for about 60 days. At the end of the process, stabilisation is carried out with refrigeration and then microfiltration.

    • This Canelli DOCG Moscato from Cascina Fonda represents their true “Grand Cru” from Moscato grapes, obtained from a manual selection of the best bunches from historic vineyards over 40 years old. It is made from 100% Moscato grapes and carefully vinified to preserve its aromatic integrity and natural finesse. The nose is intense and fragrant, with notes of ripe apricot, candied fruit, raisins and walnut husk. The palate is full, velvety and harmonious, with a measured sweetness that is never excessive. The mousse is fine, the perlage persistent and accompanies a long finish, rich in fruity notes. A Canelli of great stylistic precision, designed to express the most authentic excellence of Piedmontese Moscato.
