Hedos is made from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes and other red grape varieties from Abruzzo, vinified in rosé. It is one of the wines designed for summer, to celebrate the small pleasures of everyday life (but not only) from the Tollo winery. It is produced through careful vinification of the best grapes that arrive at the winery. Cold maceration and soft pressing are used to extract only the best juice. The must is fermented and clarified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This method produces a rosé with great aromatic precision and expressive purity, capable of expressing the grape variety and its environment. The result is a wine characterised by a beautiful pale salmon pink colour. The nose is particularly rich and pleasant, with notes of orange peel, white peach and elderflower. On the palate, it is lively and intense. A pleasantly smooth wine that is easy to pair successfully with any dish.
