Cantina dei Colli Ripani

Colli Ripani: building our future one step at a time. We are in the Marche region, in the hilly area that follows the river valleys to the Adriatic. And we are about 500 metres above sea level, yet incredibly close to the coast. This is where we find the Cantina dei Colli Ripani, one of the best known and most productive wineries in the region. Founded in 1969, the first winemaking took place in 1977. Today it can count on the work of over 330 "autochthonous" producers, united by the desire to enhance local wine production and in particular the good local grape varieties, such as Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Pecorino and Passerina. The Cantina Cooperativa concretely supports the work of each member and coordinates all the phases of the process: from the work in the countryside to the transformation of the raw materials and the marketing of the finished product. This allows members to receive a fair agricultural income, guaranteeing the sustainability of their work and the preservation of ancient traditions.
