An international grape variety of French origin, and more specifically from the Loire Valley, Chenin Blanc has found an ideal habitat in the heart of South Africa. Here it is so at home that it is now considered the white grape variety par excellence. Its fundamental characteristic is that refreshing hint of acidity that can be found in all the wines produced. The version proposed by Ayama follows a simple vinification in steel, with a brief refinement before bottling. A wine made to be appreciated from a young age, without having to wait years to see it evolve. In the glass it has a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose has intense aromas of hay, flowers, tropical fruit, apricot and spices. In the mouth it is equally rich, with evident flavors of ripe fruit. The balance is guaranteed by a perfect balance between the softness given by the alcohol and a hint of residual sugar with the acidity of the grape variety. A wine intended for a convivial occasion.
