Errázuriz Max Reserva, a pure Sauvignon Blanc proposed here by Viña Errázuriz, is one of the classic fresh and mineral whites produced in the Aconcagua area, about 30 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean. Here there is a delicate balance of exposure, vineyard elevation and ocean currents, perfect for growing quality grapes. Viña Errázuriz harvests and selects only the best grapes from its estate plots, safeguarding all the goodness of the starting fruit through soft and careful winemaking. Thus was born this interesting white characterized by a straw-yellow color with obvious greenish reflections. The nose offers fresh herbaceous notes, typical for Sauvignon, to which hints of citrus and tropical fruit are added. It is reminiscent of grapefruit, lemon peel, passion fruit and mango. In the mouth, then, the same citrus and herbaceous hints return, with good persistence and perfect balance between all its components.
