Ca'de'Rocchi is a line defined as international by Tinazzi. 100% Veneto wines, however, made to be drunk and understood by everyone. Even by those who are approaching these products for the first time. Specifically, we are talking about a Valpolicella DOP, produced with the classic blend of native Veronese grapes. The base is 80% Corvina, to which 15% Rondinella and the remaining 5% Molinara is added. Traditional red wine vinification, with maceration of the skins lasting over a week and strict temperature control throughout the fermentation phase. The result is a beautiful red, characterized by a bright colour that denotes its youth. On the nose the scents are intense, with hints of ripe cherry. In the mouth it is above all fresh and harmonious, with soft and silky tannins. The previously perceived cherry notes return.

Today, Francesca and Giorgio, the third generation, have joined Gian Andrea in the family business. There are still many goals to be achieved and markets to be conquered.
