The tradition of the rosé wines of Lake Garda goes hand in hand with a cuisine made up of rare ingredients and delicate flavours. This Bardolino Chiaretto DOP from Tinazzi's Ca'de'Rocchi line is a fine example. The cut is typical for the area. The grapes are those used to produce all the wines of Valpolicella, therefore Corvina, in this case the largest percentage, then Rondinella and Molinara. The grapes come from Tenuta Valleselle, owned by the Tinazzi family. 12 hectares of vineyards immersed in the magnificent hills of Bardolino Classico. The vinification is accurate and starts with an immediate soft pressing of the grapes, thanks to which the soft pearly pink colour that characterizes this wine is obtained. The aromas, on the other hand, are intense and reminiscent of red fruit, particularly raspberries and wild cherries. In the mouth it is soft and fresh.

The history of this fine family business begins in the 1960s. We are on the shores of Lake Garda. With the arrival of his still young son Gian Andrea in the company, Tinazzi began a tumultuous path of growth that led the small Veneto-based company to expand in the main areas of Valpolicella first of all, and then to take the leap and buy new estates in Puglia. Today, Francesca and Giorgio, the third generation, have joined Gian Andrea in the family business. There are still many goals to be achieved and markets to be conquered.
