The kinship with the classic wines of Valpolicella is evident. In fact, the starting grapes are the same: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. What changes is the area of origin. From the hills and the valley floor of Valpolicella, you move a few kilometres to reach the shores of Lake Garda. Here the large body of water has a mitigating effect on the climate, with a beneficial effect also on the ripening of the grapes. Those used in this case by the Tinazzi family come from the Valleselle Estate. About 12 hectares of vineyards, on the hills of Bardolino. Vinified and aged in stainless steel, this wine is a beautiful bright red colour in the glass, not too deep. The nose reveals a delicate bouquet, with fruity notes, mainly of cherry and morello cherry. In the mouth, it is above all fresh. A wine with an excellent drinkability, easy to pair with first and second courses of medium intensity.

With the arrival of his still young son Gian Andrea in the company, Tinazzi began a tumultuous path of growth that led the small Veneto-based company to expand in the main areas of Valpolicella first of all, and then to take the leap and buy new estates in Puglia. Today, Francesca and Giorgio, the third generation, have joined Gian Andrea in the family business. There are still many goals to be achieved and markets to be conquered.
