How can you not appreciate a wine like this? The result of a careful processing of the best Dolcetto grapes coming from the farm vineyards, Brichet comes from a fermentation in steel at 18 ltC with daily maceration and pumping over. The aim is to extract all the goodness from the original grapes and transfer it as it is into the glass of the lucky person who has the chance to taste it. This is followed by classic racking, without pressing the marc, malolactic conversion in steel and final maturation, again in steel. The color is a lively ruby red. On the nose it is dominated by ripe black fruits, such as black cherry and plum, with a light hint of spices that completes the picture. on the palate, finally, we find a pleasantly fruity wine, with young but already well-integrated tannins and good acidity. A nice glass that's a shame to give up, every day.
