Fernando Bussolera Special Cuvée Extra Brut Pinot Nero

This wine is not only good but also has an interesting story to tell. In fact, it is made from pure Pinot Noir, cultivated in an experimental vineyard where, thanks to the contribution of the Bussolera-Branca Foundation, efforts are being made to reduce the impact on the environment to a minimum. Treatments in the vineyard, therefore, are reduced to a minimum, and in any case without the use of synthetic products. On the contrary, the "actinomycetes", natural fungi which protect the young roots from pathologies, favouring a healthy and ecological growth, are used. The result? A fascinating classic method with 24 months of refinement in the bottle, characterized by a beautiful pale straw colour, enhanced by the persistent perlage. On the nose, floral notes of jasmine and hawthorn, combined with the fruity freshness of rennet apple and pear. In the mouth, fine, velvety bubbles lengthen the taste on tones of pear and fresh hazelnut, with a pleasantly citrusy finish.
