  • Sensations The nose is clean, intense, with beautiful fragrance and freshness. Small berries are evident, currants and blueberries, accompanied by floral accents and clear citrus touch reminiscent of pink grapefruit and tangerine, in a very juicy, bright salmon colour, with a slight vein that turns to pink, full of bright reflections. Thin and continuous perlage. On the palate, the attack is moderately dry, with a well-flavoured taste and a crispy bubble: it gradually widens on the palate with a good fullness of fruit, an accentuated vinosity and a well-calibrated acidity that gives depth and dynamism.
  • Vinification The whole destemmed grapes rest in the tank for 8 hours at 10 degrees C to obtain a modulated aromatic and chromatic extraction. Then follows a soft pressing from which the "first Cuvée" is selected, that is the first half of the must extracted, the most delicate and fragrant. The fermentation takes place at a temperature of 15 degrees C, avoiding the complete exhaustion of the natural sugars of the grapes, which will be used later for the froth taking place exclusively with these natural sugars. The wine is then stored at a temperature of 10 degrees C until the beginning of the actual sparkling phase.

    Bussolera Grand Rosé Pinot Nero Brut
  • Bussolera Grand Rosé is the first classic method produced in the history of the Le Fracce estate. A primogeniture that means a lot, in a land such as the Oltrepò that makes the quality of its Pinot Noir classic method a decisive boast. Brilliant salmon in colour, it has a slight vein that turns to pink, with a subtle and continuous perlage. The nose is clean, intense, with beautiful fragrance and freshness. Small berries such as currants and blueberries stand out, accompanied by floral accents and a clear citrus vein that recalls pink grapefruit and tangerine. In the mouth, then, you are surprised by a moderately dry attack, with a pleasantly crisp bubble to tickle the tongue and palate. Then the pleasantly varietal notes perceived earlier return, well balanced by a calibrated acidity. An important wine that requires the right pairing to be fully appreciated. Tempting with a nice sushi, it can also perfectly enhance a nice grilled or stewed fish.

    The company Le Fracce was founded in Mairano di Casteggio in 1905. At that time the vineyards were only on a gentle hill called "Cirgà" in the dialect of Pavia. The founder's goal, shared by modern generations, was (and is) to create quality wines, promoting environmentally friendly viticulture, capable of preserving the health of the land, to be left as a heritage for future generations. In addition to developing and preserving biodiversity, favouring natural resources, but above all enhancing the vines of the territory, encouraging experimentation to improve quality production and thus give rise to new creations. I mean, it's certainly not a goal within just anyone's reach. And yet, in over a century of history, the Fracce have contributed a great deal to the enhancement of their habitat, giving life to wines of quality and character, in the heart of the Oltrepò Pavese.
