Dolcetto d'Alba DOC

Each hill, as well as each vineyard, produces a typical Dolcetto, with its own and easily recognizable characteristics. The soils of the Langhe, so rich in minerals, give this Dolcetto structure and body, with intense and rich aromas and flavors. The vineyards from which the grapes come are located in Castiglione Falletto, Serralunga d'Alba, Barolo, Monforte d'Alba and La Morra. Names that have something of a "mythical" feel for the many fans of Piedmontese wines (and not only). The vinification is simple but rigorous and the refinement takes place in steel containers to maintain freshness. In the glass it has a beautiful ruby red color with violet hues. The scents are delicate and floral, but at the same time intense, ample and persistent. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly fruity and complex, dry and harmonious. To appreciate, in particular, are its fine tannins.
