Only bunches of Aglianico. Only the richest, most intense variety. Thus this wine of Polvanera was born, without compromise. A great wine of the territory able to satisfy the most demanding palates that comes from an accurate and process deliberately kept simple so as not to distort the best features of the grape. The fact that this is an important wine is immediately apparent after pouring it into the glass. Its colour is purple red, deep, impenetrable but still bright thanks to pleasant ruby reflections. The nose is intense, with clear hints of ripe red fruit. Blackberries, black cherries, plums and violets, with flavours of liquorice, leather and resin. In the mouth it is austere and tannic. A true Aglianico. Justly powerful and intense, it is a red that should be sipped very slowly. It is easy to drink and for this reason can be misleading but it is a wine with great structure.
