A young red wine, made to be appreciated right away, without having to wait years for it to reach the right aging. The base is pure Primitivo. The processing is in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Maceration on the skins for about 7 days, to obtain the complete extraction of color, aroma and tannins, then an aging of about 3 months in steel. The result is a wine of intense red color, enlivened by bright purple reflections. On the nose it has intense hints of ripe red fruit, plum jam and black cherry. Light, but still present, are the spices that remind of cinnamon. On the palate it reveals itself as a pleasantly soft and enveloping wine. Notes of ripe, juicy red fruit return, with nice concentration and long persistence. However, it does not lack balance. Alcohol and fruit, in fact, in this wine are proportionate to a pleasant basic acidity that makes the wine easy to drink. Even too much so!
