The saplings in this case are 20 - 30 years old and bring only a few precious bunches to maturity which, once harvested, are vinified at a controlled temperature. The wine then undergoes a quick refinement in steel and is ready for the bottle. Here we discover a red wine with good character, with its abundant 13 degrees. Ruby red colour, intense and complex aromas. Fruity notes, plum, blackberry, currant, which intertwine with the spicy ones typical for the variety. In the mouth it is warm and powerful, rich and rightly tannic. It requires an important match. It loves meat, especially barbecued meat, which balances its tannin, giving moments of pure pleasure.
