The grapes used to make it come from villages in the region classified as 1er Cru, the highest in terms of quality. Matured on the lees for quite a long time, about 5 years, this Champagne presents itself in the glass with a beautiful, delicate yellow color with light orange hues. The nose impresses with the bluntness of its aromas, with hints of beautiful minerality and dried fruit. In the mouth, however, it is pleasantly savory, with a long and pleasant finish.
