Champagne Le Mont Thibé is the result of the cultivation of a single parcel classified as 1er Cru. It is a 100% Chardonnay, from old vines that have an average age of over 30 years. The result is a wine of good concentration, with a pale straw yellow color and particularly bright. Looking through the transparency of the glass you can still see a slight greenish tinge a sign of freshness and vitality. Fresh and fragrant notes of white flowers and citrus fruits stand out on the nose. Then linden leaves and a subtle hint of white pepper. On the palate, it is very fresh and fragrant.
