A historical grape variety of the province of Asti, Ruché La Tradizione by Montalbera is a fascinating page in the history of Piedmontese wine. A reinterpretation respectful of tradition, yet capable of distinguishing itself for an unmistakable sign of clear expressive personality. This pure Ruché is grown in Castagnole Monferrato, and gives rise to a generous, medium-structured and aromatic red wine. Bright red in colour, it acquires orange veins with ageing, losing the purple brushstrokes that shone through in its youth.
