For those unfamiliar with the mineral whites of the Chablis region, this Petit Chablis Michel Laroche et ses enfants offered by Domaine d'Henri is a good place to start. We are in the far north of the Burgundy region, just a few kilometers from the first vineyards of Champagne. The region is magnificent, and magnificent especially are the good white wines, 100% Chardonnay, that are produced here.
