Contetinelli, the Falerio Pecorino DOC offered here by Torre del Nano, is a noble wine in name and in fact. It is said to be able to be perfectly at ease in any circumstance. The label includes the silhouette of an elegant and good-looking gentleman dressed impeccably. It is the noble Count Tinelli who gives his name (and lineage) to this wine. Pecorino 100% from the best exposed hilly area of Offida, this wine comes from a careful processing of grapes harvested at full maturity and brought to the cellar within a few hours to be processed. Everything is done with respect for the finest and most delicate aromas. The refinement stage, in stainless steel on the fine lees until bottling, contributes to making it even more pleasant. The result is a straw-yellow colour wine with greenish reflections, and a broad bouquet reminiscent of fresh fruit. In the mouth it is full and aromatic, with hints of minerals and floral scents. Excellent structure, balanced and with a good freshness.
