La Gioiosa 0.0 Rosé is all the pleasure of sparkling wine, without the alcohol. An innovative drink created in the heart of the Marca Trevigiana, among the most beautiful hills in the world. A carbonated non-alcoholic drink, La Gioiosa 0.0 Rosé offers the ‘effervescent’ experience of Italian sparkling wine without alcohol. It is produced with high-quality white and red grapes grown in an environment characterised by unique soil and climate conditions, with medium-textured soils and a temperate climate. Although La Gioiosa 0.0 Rosé does not fall under any designation, it is produced with the same commitment to quality as traditional Prosecco wines. The cuvée in this case is composed of white and red grapes, selected to ensure freshness and aroma. Vinification begins with the soft pressing of whole grapes using pneumatic presses. The must obtained is then transferred to temperature-controlled tanks, where it remains until the end of the production cycle. Unlike dealcoholised wines, La Gioiosa 0.0 Rosé does not undergo alcoholic fermentation, thus maintaining an alcohol content of less than 0.1% vol. The effervescence is obtained through the delicate addition of carbon dioxide, which guarantees a fine and persistent perlage. It has a delicate pink colour. The bouquet is fresh and pleasantly fruity, with notes of pomegranate, raspberry, peach and elderflower. On the palate, it is lively and harmonious, with a balance between sweetness and acidity that invites you to take another sip.
