    • Technically, it cannot be defined as wine, but let's face it, for those who do not want to drink alcohol, whether for health reasons or to stay in shape, the bureaucratic definition is irrelevant. In fact, La Gioiosa 0.0 is a sparkling wine that offers the pleasure of bubbles to those who do not want to compromise. It is produced in the heart of the Marca Trevigiana, where the morainic hills merge with the alluvial plain. Here, La Gioiosa celebrates the art of Italian sparkling wine with this sparkling wine made from Glera grapes, typical of Prosecco, with distinctive aromatic characteristics. In fact, although La Gioiosa 0.0 does not fall under the DOC or DOCG designation, it is produced with the same commitment to quality as traditional Prosecco wines. The vinification process involves the soft pressing of whole grapes using pneumatic presses. The must obtained is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks, where it remains until the drink is produced. Unlike dealcoholised wines, La Gioiosa 0.0 does not undergo alcoholic fermentation, thus maintaining an alcohol content of less than 0.1% vol. The effervescence is obtained through the delicate addition of carbon dioxide, ensuring a fine and persistent perlage. In the glass, it is a very pale straw yellow colour. The nose reveals a fresh and pleasantly fruity bouquet, with notes of apple, peach and elderflower. On the palate, it is lively and harmonious, with a balance between sweetness and acidity that invites you to take another sip. Designed to be enjoyed young, it is ideal as an aperitif. However, it also pairs well with light appetisers, finger food and vegetable or fish dishes. Its versatility also makes it suitable for creative cocktails.
