It comes from the blending of the region's three basic grape varieties, and to be precise from 50% Chardonnay to which is added 40% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir. It is called Brut Cuvée spéciale and is offered by Maison Jean-Marc Bouche. Synonymous with freshness and finesse, this non-vintage Champagne is produced from "reasoned viticulture," thus careful to avoid any waste, in order to respect the environment and give rise to a healthy and sustainable product. All, of course, in full compliance with the strict specifications imposed by the Champagne protection bodies. This Cuvée is simply ideal as an aperitif and is perfect to accompany any festive moment. For lovers of bubbly pairings, however, this Champagne will know how to give good satisfaction. Excellent with fish risottos and grilled meat. Due to its moderate dosage, then, it can also be offered as an end to a meal, perhaps with a piece of cheese or simply as an accompaniment to chatting among friends.
