Clos Du Mont-Olivet

On the hills of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in the Rhone Valley, is the Clos du Mont-Olivet winery. A place where history and tradition are intertwined with a passion for viticulture. The Sabon family has been cultivating vines in Châteauneuf-du-Pape for generations. Since 1932, the year the Domaine was founded, their dedication and respect for the land have enabled them to produce wines that are deeply linked to their territory. Traditional methods are still used in the cellar, with fermentation in cement vats and long ageing in oak barrels.
