Grande Alberone Moscato is a true expression of sparkling Moscato wines. The grapes are crushed, then gently pressed to extract only the primary aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16/18°C. Afterwards, sugar and selected yeasts are added. Once the desired residual sugar level is reached, the second fermentation is stopped by refrigeration.
The team of oenologists recruited by Provinco over the years has created a capillary mapping of terroirs and varietals, and has succeeded in leading the small Trentino winery to the accolade of major international awards, and above all to produce wines of great intensity. For Provinco, Grande Alberone also means the joy of blazing new trails, respectful yet creative winemaking paths, capable of making each wine a small unicum that is difficult to replicate.
