Its 33 hectares of vineyards, all planted with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, typical Bordeaux vines, are located in a single plot in the village of Saint Émilion, one of the most appreciated on the right bank of the Gironde. The property takes its name from the small stream that flows at the base of the hill, the Cantin, which never dries up and contributes to the creation of a special microclimate for the estate vineyards.
