Great care and thoughtful touches give the wine hints of great inspiration. At a glance it reveals a forthright personality and tones of vibrant elegance: a particularly intense straw-yellow colour, a bouquet with fruity aromas recalling green apple and pear. On the palate structure and complexity are important. Optimally balanced acidity, the Pinot Grigio Rulendis Trentino Superiore DOC surprises with its flavour and minerality. It can be served with personality with fish dishes from the lake and, to an equal extent, with meat carpaccio.
