The first time you taste Gibelè, Terre Siciliane IGT offered by Pellegrino, it is not unusual to be completely surprised. On the palate, however, it is a whole different story. A pleasantly dry wine with a natural acidity. Let's be clear, the sweet and delicate notes perceived previously are found again, and in particular the hints of jasmine and lavender, green apple and sweet citrus fruits such as cedar. But all well packaged in a perfect glass as an aperitif or as a companion to an unforgettable dinner of raw fish and shellfish.
