"Il Repertorio" Aglianico del Vulture DOC 2021

A land that retains an unchanged charm. We are talking about Basilicata and Aglianico, which here reaches very high quality. Vineyards more than one hundred years old, often cultivated with sustainable methods, which Cantina del Notaio preserves and enhances, vintage after vintage, thanks to the quality of the wines it offers. Like this Il Repertorio, a warm and structured red wine, aged for no less than a year in second and third stage French oak barriques so as not to be too intrusive. The result is a glass of a beautiful bright ruby red that is striking for the variety of its aromas ranging from ripe red fruit to sweeter notes of wood and vanilla. A glass that should not be approached lightly because it can be addictive. For the balance of its components and for the powerful tannicity that is typical of the vine of origin.
