Isottèo Spumante Brut Verdeca is a really interesting wine. A surprising and versatile bubble that best represents the characteristics of the original grape variety. A pleasantly fruity wine capable of accompanying the whole meal, thanks to the limited residual sugar and the nice structure. Verdeca 100% from Valle d'Itria, it is harvested by hand and carefully selected on the plant to bring only the best bunches to the winery. The vinification of the base wine is simple but accurate. White vinification at controlled temperature. This is followed by a second fermentation, in autoclave, to transform the still wine into sparkling wine, according to the Charmat method, in this case a long one, since the wine remains in contact with its lees for several weeks, becoming richer and more complex. In the glass it has a beautiful straw-yellow colour with evident greenish hues, made brighter by a rich perlage that rises incessantly from the bottom of the glass. The nose has fine and delicate scents, distinctly fruity, with hints of peach and apricot. Then flowers and citrus. On the palate it is rich and sapid. Pleasantly fresh and mineral.
