Chianti DOCG Tenuta di Campriano - Buccia Nera

Chianti DOCG Tenuta di Campriano is an interesting product by the Buccia Nera Winery. It comes from Sangiovese grapes in clear predominance, about 80%, with an addition of Malvasia Nera, Colorino and Ciliegiolo for the rest. A nice, traditional Chianti. An appropriately rustic yet pleasant wine. A versatile wine that can go well with both the classic grilled steak but also with a pizza margherita. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with alcoholic fermentation and malolactic conversion occurring spontaneously. If the color is the classic one for a Sangiovese, not excessively strong or lively, on the nose it is full of hints of violets and pink petals, followed by red fruit, currants and cherries. On the palate it is fresh and intriguing. Not overly concentrated yet elegant and nice to drink. The tannins are present but delicate and ripe.

Family business, Buccia Nera. Located in Tuscany, in the province of Arezzo. The winery is run with passion and competence by the fifth generation of the Mancini family. Strong supporters of sustainability, the company follows the strict rules of organic and biodynamic viticulture. From the hilly vineyards that rise from a minimum of 350 up to 600 meters above sea level, come high quality grapes that are processed with minimally invasive winemaking techniques, without the use of additives and with low sulfite content. Natural wines that are good for the environment and for the heart of those who buy them.

  • Sensations Chianti Tenuta di Campriano is an everyday wine of great drinkability and very versatile in pairings. On the nose, it is all about violets and pink petals followed by notes of red fruits, currants and cherries. On the nose it is easy to perceive the freshness that will then be found on the palate. In this wine we are not looking for concentration but for elegance and drinkability. The tannins are present but delicate and ripe.
  • Vinification The wine is vinified in a blend of the various varieties present, vinified in steel at controlled temperature with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation.
