  • Sensations Ribolla Gialla is an autochthonous vine cultivated exclusively in Friuli Venezia Giulia. It is characterised by a golden straw yellow colour, a delicate floral aroma and hints of apple and yellow peach. In the mouth it is soft and harmonious, with a fine and persistent perlage that envelops the palate giving great pleasure. The more than twenty months on the lees accentuate its characteristics that make it a very fresh and delicate wine.
  • Vinification The base wine is placed in autoclave for frothing and fermented with the help of selected yeasts at a temperature of 14-16 degrees C for 18-20 days. Once the first desired pressure (5.5 bar) is reached, the tank is refrigerated to stop fermentation and promote stabilization. The sparkling wine is then kept at a controlled temperature of 2 degrees C for over twenty months. At the end of this phase, the wine is filtered and isobaric bottling follows.

  • A simple and pleasant sparkling wine. A nice glass to toast during an evening with friends but also the right wine to serve as an aperitif and then to bring to the table to accompany the entire dinner. The base is Ribolla Gialla, the trendiest grape variety in the region. Endowed with a pleasant acidity and a subtle aromaticity, Tenuta Bosco Albano is able to bring out the best in it thanks to a sparkling process in autoclave which then continues, at a controlled temperature of 2 degrees, for over twenty months. At the end of this phase, the wine is filtered and bottled. Golden straw yellow in colour, the nose has a delicate floral aroma, with hints of apple and yellow peach. In the mouth it is soft and harmonious, with a fine and persistent perlage that envelops the palate giving great pleasure. A very fresh and delicate wine. Try it with a fish fry. A perfect marriage.

    The history of this beautiful Friulian company began in 1962, even if until 1990, the year in which the brothers Tarcisio and Luigi Durante began a profound restructuring, the company had a predominantly arable orientation. Today Tenuta Bosco Albano has rediscovered its full viticultural vocation. This is Pasiano di Pordenone, halfway between the Prealps and the Adriatic Sea. Here the approximately 40 hectares of property, closed land, enjoy a very special microclimate and favorable to the cultivation of varieties typical of the region. The estate, once made up of beech, poplar and oak woods, can count on a predominantly clayey soil, rich in marl, which hides an underground aquifer able to feed the drip irrigation of the entire vineyard.
