The mix, or rather the cut, as the experts say, is unusual but interesting. 40% Shiraz grapes and 60% Cesanese (hence the name). The prince of international grape varieties, successfully and satisfactorily cultivated in every corner of the globe, and the small native grape variety rooted in its territory of origin.
