The cut is really rich: Malvasia Puntinata del Lazio 50%, Malvasia di Candia 20%, Bellone 20% and to finish a 10% of Grechetto. There really is nothing lacking in this Racemo Bianco, Frascati Superiore DOCG proposed by L'Olivella. A hint of aromaticity, given by the Malvasie, a bit of freshness, with the Bellone and a pinch of mineral with the Grechetto. The mix works really well.
