After racking, this red wine matures only in steel to bring out the full richness of the fruit. Thus we discover a wine characterised by a beautiful ruby red colour, particularly compact and still streaked with purple reflections. On the nose the aromas are intense and recall ripe red fruit to which is added a fine spicy note. In the mouth it is rich and balanced. Pleasantly soft and endowed with ripe, fine tannins.
