Here Bodegas Arráez grows the Bobal and Garnacha grapes from which it produces this Vividor. Bobal, in particular, is one of the grapes most naturally rich in Resveratrol, an antioxidant substance known for its beneficial properties for the heart and for helping to metabolize fat. The vineyards, incredible in terms of landscape, are developed in an environment characterized by a continental climate, with harsh winters and warm summers, influenced by the Mediterranean. "Vividor-as its producers write-is a temptation that is hard to resist." A purebred Spanish red characterized by a purplish color, with aromas of red fruit, floral notes and balsamic touches. In the mouth it is ample, full and very well structured. A decidedly important wine in which fruit and wood coexist to create a satisfying combination that leaves a long and pleasant finish in the mouth. The winery is located in Font de la Figuera and was built from three old cellars that belonged to private winemakers. Over time, the winery has been renovated and adapted to incorporate new winemaking and bottling techniques. But this has not changed the original approach, true to the local wine tradition. The vineyards are located about 90 kilometers from the Mediterranean and at an altitude of 600 to 800 meters, between two valleys whose orientation generates a Mediterranean-continental microclimate. This, together with naturally poor soils, creates unique conditions perfect for growing quality grapes. The winery owns 30 hectares of vineyards of mainly local varieties. 40-year-old vines still bush-trained and new modern plantings made with contemporary techniques.
