"Levriere" Pinot Grigio Oltrepò Pavese DOC

Levriere is not the usual Pinot Grigio, if only because the grapes used to produce it come from a historic vineyard that dates back to the time of Italy90. Treatments in the vineyard are reduced to a minimum, since the company follows a regime of vineyard cultivation with eco-sustainable criteria. Hand-picked bunches, carefully sorted to discard any imperfections, and immediate addition of dry ice so as not to lose anything in the finer, more elegant aromas. The wine is then carefully vinified at a controlled temperature and, subsequently, the wine is kept "sur lie" for about 40 days at 5 degrees, to give it greater complexity and taste personality. Brilliant straw yellow colour, the nose is fine, intense and delicate at the same time. With notes of acacia flowers and white melon that also return on the palate. Good smoothness and well integrated caloric note. It closes with a pleasant and sapid finish.
