A pure Maremma wine, it is made from Vermentino and Chardonnay grapes that ripen on rich tufa soil of volcanic origin, in the Doganella Vineyard. 24 hectares of great beauty located in Pitigliano. A fresh and drinkable white wine, it is produced with careful processing in steel only, which enhances the best of the initial fruit. In the glass, it is a beautiful straw yellow colour with golden reflections. On the nose, intense notes of white pulp fruit and exotic. The same pleasant sensations are also present in the mouth, where there is also an interesting mineral, savoury and delicately citrus trail. Dry and fresh, this white is perfect for an aperitif with friends or to accompany a dinner of delicate fish. Excellent with sushi, it also goes well with lightly spiced dishes.
