A Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG proposed, however, in a somewhat unusual version. A sparkling wine, and therefore less effervescent than a classic sparkling wine, in this case the bottle is not closed with the classic mushroom-shaped cork and cage but with a satin cork, the typical cork, secured with a string tied in the traditional way. An ancient technique used by winemakers to prevent the bottles from uncorking during natural fermentation, it is one of the most authentic images of the Valdobbiadene tradition. Produced by Mionetto from grapes sourced exclusively from the hilly areas of the DOCG area, this Valdobbiadene Prosecco has a pale straw yellow colour, lively and brilliant, with a light, subtle mousse and a harmonious, graceful bouquet. In the mouth, it is dry and characteristic. A gastronomic wine par excellence, it is excellent with hors d'oeuvres, first courses, fish and white meats.
