For fans of sweet wines, Ice wines are an absolute must. Extremely sweet, intense and elegant, they satisfy even the most demanding palates. This is the case of this Black Knight, obtained from the processing of frozen bunches - harvested late, at the beginning of the winter season - of Sylvaner grapes. In the glass it has a beautiful straw yellow colour. Notes of honey, dehydrated fruit and caramelized apricot on the nose. The bouquet, particularly complex in this case, is completed with hints of vanilla and caramel that derive from the wise use of wood during maturation. In the mouth it is sweet, concentrated and above all infinitely long. A wonderful wine for meditation or to pair with intensely flavoured desserts.
