Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Classico Superiore "La Casetta" - Le Bignele

Valpolicella Classico, therefore produced in the classic zone of Valpolicella and Superiore, because it is aged for at least 12 months. Intense ruby red, on the nose there are scents of cooked fruit and cocoa, and on the palate it is rounded, with a very fine tannic sensation. In a nutshell: delicious!

The history of the Aldrighetti family began in 1818 near the village of Bignele. Today, Luigi and Angelo run Le Bignele with their children Nicola and Silvia. Together they form a proven team: Luigi's kingdom is the winery, while Angelo takes care of the vineyards, 8 hectares on hilly terrain, cultivated with the typical varieties of the area (Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella). When he doesn't have to think about bottling and labelling, Nicola is Luigi and Angelo's right-hand man. Silvia takes care of the commercial and administrative side.
