Imagine a special vineyard, with plants with an average age of around 30 years. Imagine that it is in an enchanted place, like the hill that surrounds the wine village of San Paolo, where an ancient church watches over the health of the grapes with grace and solemnity. Vinification is slow, with temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks and subsequent maturation on its own yeasts. The result is a beautiful white with a vivid colour. A captivating bouquet of scents reminiscent of rose petals, lychee and ripe mango, with spicy notes of nutmeg. In the mouth it is fresh and lively, with a full and elegant body.
