"Only quality and impeccable service justify the existence of a family business." Martini Shon Winery's philosophy is simple but instrumental in every choice. Founded in 1979 by the father Karl and his son Gabriel, the winery is located in Cornaiano, surrounded by the company's vineyards. A magical place, where the grapes grow in absolutely inimitable conditions. Sun and warmth, never excessive, alternate with cool evenings and nights when you feel like taking refuge under a duvet even in the middle of summer. In these conditions the grapes ripen slowly and are enriched with aromas and scents. All it then needs is for the winery to not mess it up. And to do this at Martini Shon, every step is carefully monitored through strict quality controls. The first bottles, the company proudly recalls, were filled, corked and labelled by hand. Today things have changed a lot, obviously for the better. The cellar is modern and equipped with all the necessary technologies. But the passion for things well done certainly hasn't changed.
