Here the soils are calcareous and clayey, allowing the grapes to reach perfect ripeness after mid-September, when they are harvested and vinified in red with a short maceration at a controlled temperature. Fresh and immediate, this red presents itself in the glass with a beautiful ruby colour with violet reflections. The nose reveals a typical perfume that immediately brings to mind sensations of ripe red fruit. In the mouth, however, it is pleasantly harmonious and fragrant. A super versatile wine that lends itself well to more than one occasion.
