Produced in the picturesque Calchaquí Valleys, at an altitude of over 1,800 metres, Finca Albarossa's Torrontés is a white wine that expresses the purity and identity of the Andean terroir. It has an elegant golden yellow colour with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intense and refined, with aromas of white peach, pineapple and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and has a pleasant aromatic persistence. Vinification involves soft pressing and low-temperature fermentation, followed by ageing in steel to preserve all the fragrance of the fruit. Ideal with appetisers, fish dishes, seafood, white meats and elaborate first courses. An authentic expression of Argentine Torrontés, combining aromatic intensity and finesse on the palate.
