Nero d'Avola in purity, this wine is an excellent example. Sicilia DOC, it is the result of a super careful processing, aimed at the maximum enhancement of the good starting fruit. It remains, in fact, only in steel and at low temperatures. Bright and deep ruby red, this Sicilian red is a symphony of ripe and crisp red fruit. A slight spiciness, entirely natural, makes the whole more complex and pleasant. In the mouth, on the other hand, it is a pleasantly smooth wine.
