The Colosi family cultivates vineyards in suggestive terraces on the sea of Salina, the small island of the Aeolian archipelago, a land highly suited to the cultivation of vines. 10 hectares between Capo Faro and Porri, one of the areas considered among the best, both for exposure and for the nature of the soil. Vineyards on old terraces, obtained from the restoration of old dry stone walls, where the typical varieties of the island are grown, from Corinto Nero, Nerello Cappuccio, Nerello Mascalese, Inzolia, Catarratto and Malvasia.
