A bubble as pleasant as versatile, the one proposed here by Ca d'Or. A Blanc de blancs, which is a white sparkling wine made only from white grapes. In this specific case, a blend of Riesling italico 90% and Rhenish for the remainder. Soft vinification at controlled temperature and without the addition of sulphur dioxide, followed by a second fermentation in autoclave for a period of about 90 days. During this time, in order to add complexity and pleasantness to the finished wine, the entire mass is subjected to daily stirring of the lees. The result is a wine characterized by a beautiful golden straw yellow color. On the nose it is full of aromas and balsamic notes, with hints of green and yellow fruit and exotic nuances. on the palate, the fruity and balsamic notes return, followed by evident memories of young almond. An extremely balanced and versatile wine. Let's put it to the test from appetizer to end of meal.
